we booked twin room and it was huge.

Reasonably clean hotel in a very good building adjacent to the roof top restaurant, the staff and the view. Attentive staff with their phones instead of providing good services, new-fashioned triple room.

The unique rooftop café offered fine views of the city, especially during sunset.

The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and the same every day, which could be improved for longer stays.

Rooms were reneweted and they were so modern. Breakfast was enough and delicious. Rooms are quiet. You cand find everything in the minibar

They are shuting down the electricity at 13:00 to push you to leave, they can make a call I think. Free wifi hasnt got strong signals, I couldnt connect from iphone.

Exceptional views, liked great and peaceful setting.

The restaurant was amazing with a good view, I tried delicious dishes. It was modern and the bathroom was beautiful.

Recommend it for families

The staff were great for our kids, keeping them happy with fun activities which gave us some peace to actually enjoy our time as adults. The breakfast choices were good, and I swear those local sweets were something else, I couldn't stop eating them.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, the experience justified the expense.

Design of the room and facilities are excellent. Location was relatively good, just on the main street that goes to Bascarsi.

The air conditioning was inadequate for comfort.

The hotel was spacious, and the meals were OUTSTANDING, I really enjoyed the quiet location just next door to industrial park in middle of nowhere and the international airport of Sarajevo and the largest boulevards. Got good value for money and brand-new room with good bed quality. Had a shower and a bidet in the bathroom.

Even though we experienced some difficulties w/equipment provided, ie in-room internet services, programming safe and tv, the staff went out of their way to correct, replace or repair. They were cheerful and helpful, making every effort to assure we had a pleasant stay.

That rooftop café offers insane views of the valley at sundown-just fine. The room was spacious and had some cool industrial chic decor like unfinished painting on the ceiling and neat storage options for bags.

While the ambiance is commendable, some areas could definitely use a refresh, notably the aging hot tea pot and signs of wear in certain corners. Breakfast had a rushed feel, especially when it came to getting more food after hours, and I noticed a lack of consistency in cleanliness . The absence of safety deposit boxes in the room was a significant inconvenience. Plus, the room I had lacked a fridge, which could've been handy for snacks or drinks. It's also worth mentioning the shower water fluctuated between warm and cool, something that could use improvement.

I love how spacious the room was, it was a double room but it had the size of a suite in another hotel. Free wifi was excellent and very high speed. Nice indoor pool and excellent sauna, steam..gym also was ok. Staff were very kind

I didn't like that although I booked a room for 2 only towels for 1 were provided, we needed to requested several times. A simple thing like ordering some ice was a big deal and they couldn't provide us with such request. At 1145am they cut you off the electricity for you to check out, I don't think is the way for a nice hotel to send a mesagge to the guest, perhaps a phone call would be more aproppiate. Nevertheless staff were very kind and granted me with a late check ouit (3pm).

Very good servise from the receptionist. (He find and order for us pizza because everything was closed at the time we arrived). Nice room, big tv, pc in the room.
